Benefits
Texas State Bank offers a competitive wage and benefits package to all of its employees. All full time employees and part time employees (working at least 20 hours per week) are eligible for Benefits (including but not limited to) medical insurance, vacation pay, sick pay, 401k, etc. after completing their 90 day introductory period of employment. Compensation, hours of employment, work location, and all other terms and conditions of employment are subject to modification by the Bank at its discretion.
